Mr. Andrew Woodrow is beginning his second year; first as principal, at Saint John Vianney after 19 years in public school classrooms. He has his undergraduate degree from SUNY Geneseo and Master's degree from Western Governor's University. He is currently pursuing a Master's in Educational Leadership through Canisius College. He is thrilled to be joining his wife and kids who have been at SJV for the past 4 years. Mr. Woodrow is a huge sports fan, especially the Buffalo Bills, and can often be found cheering on our Viking athletes at their various sporting events.

Mrs. Kearns joined the wonderful faculty at Saint John Vianney school as a school counselor in 2013. I received my bachelor’s degree from Mercyhurst University and my master’s degree from Saint Bonaventure University. I serve all students at SJV school Pre-k-8th grade. As a school counselor I strive to serve as a guide, a role model, an advisor, a supporter, and a reliable source of stability for students, parents and teachers. It is my goal to work and do everything to support the student’s pursuit of academic, social and career success. My goal is to identify students’ challenges, guide them in discovering them, and equip them with strategies and the ability to know how and when to use them. I love being able to work at SJV where I can help people every day. I like when I get to see students grow and achieve their goals.

Ms. Puntillo has been working at St. John Vianney since August 2024. Before that, she had been an Administrative Assistant in the public sector, mostly in Human Resources for 30 years. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Business and Economics. Her plan was to retire but after getting the job as Admin for SJV, decided she was happier working with the students, faculty and parents.

Mrs. Fuentes has been at St. John Vianney for 3 years, starting in the church and then moving to the school. She earned her bachelor’s degree from Cal Poly and masters from UCLA in materials engineering. She later went on to earn her accounting certificate from SNHU. Mrs. Fuentes is the bookkeeper as well as the yearbook editor. Her favorite part of SJV is working with students to create the yearbook cover because she can see all of their creativity.
